Payment & Refund Policy

• Payments are due as outlined in your proposal or invoice.
• All digital products (templates, files, or downloads) are non-refundable once delivered.
• Service cancellations or reschedules must be requested in writing at least 7 days before the project start date.

Intellectual Property

All website designs, templates, and digital content created by Market MX remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
After final payment, ownership of the delivered website or template transfers to the client.Clients may not resell or redistribute Market MX templates or designs without written permission.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and access to necessary content (e.g., images, branding assets). Delays in providing materials may affect project timelines.

Limit of Liability

Market MX is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, loss of revenue, or business disruption resulting from the use of our services or website. All services are provided “as is,” without guarantees beyond those stated in writing.

Third-Party Integrations

Our services may include integration with third-party platforms (e.g., Squarespace, Framer, Zapier, Make, AI tools). We are not responsible for downtime, updates, or performance issues caused by these platforms.
